We repurpose buildings whilst retaining as much heritage architecture as possible. And we upcycle by improving the setting and environment - even reintroducing greenery.
Most projects we consider fall into the £2m to £5m GDV range and are most commonly commercial or industrial conversions to residential homes. We target areas that already have access to numerous amenities but under-utilised themselves.
With over 30 years of project management experience and team building, the team has been hand-picked by Sharon Axcell to focus on what we do best - upcycling and repurposing old buildings to create inspiring new homes. We do nothing else!
We usually look to use a mixture of our own funds plus third party funding from our panel of private investors. In addition, we always secure institution funding to assure our process and outcome. Each project provides new opportunities.
We work with a carefully selected small group of investors on strict rotation, and they must meet certain criteria. You can apply for an initial conversation here.
